Failure of display

Hi
I purchased 2 Timesulin caps at the end of March 2019.
1 was for my Novorapid Flexpen and 1 was for my Levemir Flexpen.
I keep the pens together so I conclude they have had the same treatment.
Before the end of July 2019, 1 of the caps failed but the other is fine.
This means it has only lasted 4 months.
What is your input please?

I am very sorry to hear this.

Usually if a pen suddenly stops working it is due to insulin leaking inside the Timesulin unit.

Is it possible that the needle has not been removed after an injection? This will lead to insulin leaking inside the Timesulin unit and harm the electronics.

It is very important that the needle is always removed after each injection.

We will most definitely send you a replacement cap.

Please remember to include the RGN number 7500, your name and telephone number on the outside of the package - this makes tracking your return so much easier.

Please remember to always remove your needle as this will make sure no insulin gets leaked inside your Timesulin unit. Insulin is a very corrosive substance that may harm the electronics inside Timesulin.

Our engineer can then investigate the cause of the problem.

I have sent you a replacement cap from our warehouse in London.
