If you need to return it for any other reason within the warranty period, please send us an email to support@timesulin.com before you send the actual product back to us.

If the return is not related to a product fault it is required that the product is returned in unused, unopened condition for a full refund.

Once we receive your mail, our helpful support staff will give you a RGN 'Returned Goods Number', which needs to be included on the outside of your return package to help us track your case.

Once a return is authorized, please send the cap in its original packaging and with a copy of the receipt (clearly showing your order number) to:

Please do not send any product returns to our registered address at 20-22 Wenlock Road in London. This address is not monitored for product returns and we will not be able to assist you with product returns mailed here.
